We are seeking an Ascom Support Technician to join our team, responsible for second-line support within the Ascom product area, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, and collaborating with subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Ascom's products
  • Experience in telephony and switchboard
  • Experience of support and case handling
  • Relevant technical education, or experience in IT support or similar field
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Good computer and system knowledge, but an advantage if you have experience of ServiceNow
