Asset Manager

We are seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the lifecycle management of IT assets, ensuring compliance and strategic decision-making. The role demands a strategic approach to asset management, aiming to enhance efficiency and drive decision-making through detailed asset analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years minimum relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• ITIL v3 and/or ITIL v4 Certification(s) is highly recommended.
• ServiceNow Certification(s) in various modalities is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in IT asset management, particularly within a ServiceNow environment or similar ESM platforms.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITAM (IT Asset Management), and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and recommend actionable strategies.
• Knowledge of federal IT regulations and compliance requirements related to asset management.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, agile project environment.
• Certification in IT Asset Management (e.g., CITAM) or ServiceNow is highly desirable.
