Assistant Compliance Manager

The Assistant Compliance Manager will oversee Mortgage Lending areas of regulatory compliance, ensuring line of business processes comply with applicable laws and regulations. They will develop and maintain the compliance program, maintain current knowledge of laws and regulations, and consult on preventative techniques to lessen risk of non-compliance. The role requires 7+ years of related compliance experience and a deep understanding of federal and state consumer laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree is preferred
• 7+ years related compliance experience in residential mortgage lending for both retail and correspondence
• Deep understanding of compliance and federal and state consumer laws and regulations
• Demonstrated ability and success in interacting with senior leadership, including executive management
• CMCP, CRCM, or other relevant certifications preferred
• Familiar with GRC (SAI360), ServiceNow, Encompass, Meridian Link (Lending QB), AllRegs
