Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in network operations, incident response, or IT service management
- Proven leadership experience managing distributed teams, global operations, and on-call incident response processes
- Deep expertise in network operations best practices, observability tools, and ITSM frameworks (ITIL, ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
- Strong technical proficiency in network troubleshooting, performance optimization, and change management in a large-scale environment
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to continuous improvement
- Experience in GxP-regulated environments is a plus
- Experience in high-growth, complex operational environments, particularly within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors
- Advanced industry certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Palo Alto certifications, or other network operations credentials
- Familiarity with modern observability platforms (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds, Kentik) and AI-driven network analytics
- A track record of driving automation in network operations
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic resource allocation to align network operations with business growth
