Join our team as an Associate HR Advisor on a 1-year fixed-term contract. As part of the People Services team, you will provide first-line HR support to employees and managers, handling general HR queries, and managing HR administration. This role is highly customer-focused, fast-paced, and varied.
Requirements
- At least 1 year's experience working within a HR Shared Service Centre and/or a Customer Service Contact Centre environment
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) and ability to verbally coach customers over the phone or on Zoom
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Logical thinker who can solve problems quickly
- Team player who can support and encourage others
- Strong IT skills including Workday and ServiceNow experience
- CIPD level 3 (or equivalent) qualified (desirable)
- Payroll experience (desirable)
