Requirements
- Bachelors degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
- 2 or more years of work experience
- ITIL certification
- Cisco CCNA, Juniper JNCIA, AWS, Silver Peak
- Sound understanding and working knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, IS-IS and OSPF
- Good working knowledge on Cisco 65xx/72xx/76xx, Nexus 5k/7k & FEX, Arista switches, Bluecoat proxy, F5 LTM & GTM, Juniper, Silver Peak
- Good Knowledge of SolarWinds, Netcool, or other fault monitoring toolsets
- Good Knowledge of ServiceNow or other incident and change management tools
- Broad knowledge and background on TCP/IP, MPLS, WAN, LAN SDWAN and Cloud technologies
- Good Knowledge of datacenters and wide-area-network routing/switching, tunneling, security operations/Network Design or engineering, MPLS and Ethernet carrier transports
- Ability to interpret firewall logs and look for specific permission or denial of a source IPs to a specific destination in support of troubleshooting
- Experience on Packet analyser, Network discovery Tools like Thousand Eyes, Netbrain, Wireshark
- Basic load balancer knowledge
- Previous experience in Network Operations
- Excellent verbal/written communication, organisational skills, ability to prioritise a constantly changing workload. Interpersonal skills and ability to excel as part of a team
- MS Office suite proficiency
- Any experience of network automation especially toolsets such as Python or Ansible
