Associate Principal Engineer - ServiceNow Lead Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer to lead the end-to-end configuration and setup of ServiceNow instances, develop and implement Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and Service Request Management modules, and collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and implementation strategies.

Requirements

• Expertise in ServiceNow platform development and administration
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, SecOps, and Service Portal
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, API connectors)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, AngularJS, and other ServiceNow development tools
• Experience with workflow automation, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, and catalog items
• Knowledge of data migration techniques and best practices
• Understanding of security and compliance frameworks, including application vulnerability remediation
• Strong experience in performing code reviews and enforcing best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical issues
