AV Technical Specialist / L3 Engineer responsible for technical management of onsite AV systems globally, first point of contact for L2 technical issues, and delivery of ongoing 'best-practice' training to in-house AV Technicians and Global IT support.
Requirements
- Deep technical understanding of digital and analogue audio and video signal processing standards and protocols
- Familiarity with audio-visual engineering disciplines associated with AV equipped meeting rooms and event spaces
- Proven industry experience in fields relating to technical management of AV environments
- Proven technical fault-finding experience, preferably demonstrated through a service desk or field service environment
- Avixa CTS – D
- Has completed QSYS Level 1&2
- Knowledge of QSC Designer, Crestron Toolbox, Cisco Control Hub, Crestron NVX
- Has completed Crestron AV over IP/Working with XiO Cloud
- Experience in the use of incident management tools such as ServiceNow
