IT change management 6 Month FTC

The role of IT change management involves partnering with a team to facilitate the change management process, supporting problem groups and suppliers, and managing incoming change records requests. The ideal candidate will have experience in ITIL-based service management processes, networking and communication skills, and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in ITIL-based service management processes (ITIL Foundation Certified as desirable)
• Practical experience managing change, configuration, incident, and problem management activities
• Proficient in the use of ServiceNow for IT service management operations
