Become a strategic professional in the Process Design and Re-Engineering team within Human Resources Partnership & Delivery (HRP&D). Conduct in-depth analyses of HRP&D processes and deliver robust insights to prioritize change initiatives, guide decision-making, planning, and implementation. This role requires good analytical skills, strong communication and diplomacy skills, and the ability to influence decisions through advice, counsel, and/or facilitating services to others in the area of specialization.
Requirements
- Several years of data management and analysis experience
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Advanced MS Excel and VBA knowledge required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while delivering high-quality and detail-oriented work products
- Self-motivated and detail oriented, High proactivity and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
- Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.
- In depth knowledge of ServiceNow – both as an agent and developer preferred
- In depth knowledge of Workday business process, transaction, and reporting structure
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
