Requirements

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Clear and structured approach to capturing business and functional requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with both clients and internal teams.
• Process Mapping & Analysis: Proven ability to document current and future state processes, identify pain points, and propose improvements.
• Workshop Facilitation: Experience leading discovery sessions, interviews, and solution design workshops.
• Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset to dissect complex challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both technical and business audiences.
• Project Delivery Awareness: Familiarity with project lifecycles and methodologies (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall).
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio/Miro, Excel, and presentation tools.
