Business Process Consultant, ServiceNow Security Operations Solutions

As a Business Process Consultant, you will work with customers to define and implement best practices for Security Operations and IT Security teams using ServiceNow's Security Operations products. You will lead customers in leveraging the standard capabilities of the ServiceNow SecOps Suite and drive the development of process definitions, re-engineering, and improvement. You will also support internal unit testing and customer unit and user-acceptance testing.

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations in Security Operations, IT Security, or related business functions.
• ServiceNow certifications including a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Security Operations certification.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in Security Operations and IT Security functions, while providing thought leadership to relevant sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems.
