This role leads the operational risk, resilience, reporting/monitoring areas of the Wealth Management Technology (WMT) 1B risk management function. The Director will be responsible for leading a team of 7 and providing risk management and reporting services to application development, support teams, and the Wealth Management Business.

Requirements

  • Expert communication (verbal and written) skills, including strong appreciation of relationship management.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Specifically, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Expert knowledge of data analytic tools (e.g. Tableau and PowerBI)
  • Strong knowledge in IT and operational risk management methodologies/frameworks (e.g. NIST CSF and COBIT), methods and tools
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience covering disaster resilience (e.g. DR strategy, testing and monitoring), operating systems (e.g. Unix, Windows, zOS) and database systems (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, DB2)
  • CRISC Certification
  • CISSP or CCSP certifications
  • Knowledge of GRC tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Archer)
  • Knowledge of Wealth Management/Financial Services industry
