The Service Mapping/Discovery Analyst will play a critical role in the service mapping process, responsible for administrative functions related to ServiceNow Discovery and building and maintaining accurate application service models.
Requirements
- Existing ServiceNow System Administrator experience or equivalent role
- Experience identifying, investigating, and resolving Discovery issues
- In-depth knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, IP networks, subnetting, and network devices, and virtualization environments configurations
- Experience with Application Service Mapping
