We're looking for a Change & Release Manager to join our dynamic team at Bankdata. As a key player in our Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for shaping and optimizing our Change & Release Management processes, ensuring stable operations and ongoing improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience with Change & Release Management
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, Remedy, or Ivanti
- A solid understanding of ITIL and Agile development methods
- Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English
- The ability to work structured and take initiative in complex situations
