Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience with Incident Management and Major Incident Management.
- Practical experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, Remedy or Ivanti.
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English, as well as the ability to collaborate across teams.
