Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in application support, cloud infrastructure management, or software development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced experience with databases, including complex SQL queries for debugging and optimization
  • Deep familiarity with Azure cloud technologies, including AKS, Azure Container Registry, and related tools
  • Software industry methodologies, including ITIL and Agile practices
  • Ticketing systems like Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Jira
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and present to diverse audiences
