ServiceNow is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to expand the Commerical UK business, covering multiple client accounts and driving new business sales revenue across various verticals. The role requires strategic thinking, quarterly execution, and long-term value building for clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Technology Account Executive (or equivalent) role, ideally with Software and SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience in the IT Service Management is a benefit.
  • Executive-level and C-suite relationship management experience
  • Evidence of achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a matrixed organisation, leveraging resources across multiple Business Unit and product specialists
