Requirements

• 5 years of experience in compensation or a related analytical field in the high technology sector
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Expert knowledge of compensation salary planning, incentive programs, equity plans, market pricing, and analytics
