Configuration Manager

Join our dynamic team in Sweden or Finland as a Configuration Manager to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Configuration Management process and governance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Configuration Management, process governance, and improvement.
• Experience in Configuration Management Governance, overseeing daily operations and compliance with standards.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly in CMDB and CSDM design.
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining a CMDB, ideally in ServiceNow.
• Clear and concise communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement and change management.
• Data-driven mindset to assess and enhance processes.
• Cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CI, service, and product management frameworks (a plus).
• Knowledge of Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) regulations (preferred).
