As a Configuration Specialist SNOW, you will lead initiatives to customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to enhance ITSM capabilities, manage the pipeline and priorities for ServiceNow, and oversee the population, maintenance, and health of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow. You will also be responsible for managing the lifecycle of EGL assets and configuration items, acting as a single point of contact for vendor and SI management, and driving improvements to EGL ITSM processes.
