The Corporate DX Architect role at Mercari involves defining the grand design and architecture for the digital transformation of corporate business, leading digital transformation projects, and working with a team of diverse backgrounds to resolve challenges and enhance business operations.

Requirements

  • Experience with designing infrastructure, architecture, databases, and technology management for enterprise cloud platforms
  • Experience with evaluating and integrating multiple enterprise platforms and vendors (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Workato, Concur, NetSuite)
  • Ability to design visual, system architecture, and user experience
  • Writing and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to clearly convey complex concepts and persuade a wide range of technical and business stakeholders, including senior executives
  • Ability to execute strategic initiatives across organizational boundaries
  • Experience with project management of business process reform and system introduction
  • Japanese: Proficient (CEFR - C1)
  • English: Basic (CEFR - A2)
