We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute a field marketing plan that supports sales objectives and grows the customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging AI, strong budget management, and project tracking capabilities, as well as excellent communication and influencing skills.

Requirements

  • 8+ years marketing experience in a comparable industry (SaaS or IT industry preferred)
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans that meet specified ROI, sales and campaign objectives
  • Strong budget management and project tracking capabilities
  • Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced, high growth environment under tight deadlines
  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize on their own, and delegate tasks when appropriate
  • Strong knowledge use of BI tool, Marketing Automation Tool, CRM tools, Microsoft Dynamics, etc
  • Strong in Japanese and English communication skills (verbal and written)
