We are seeking a Director, Employee Connection, EMEA-UK to manage WBD's P&C Employee Connection and Workforce Administration (WFA) onsite team members based in the UK, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France, Hungary, and Italy. The role will oversee day-to-day processes, recommend and build processes, and participate as a subject matter expert in meetings and on special projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years Human Resources experience
- 5+ years in Shared Services/Delivery in a global environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with an MBA preferred, or equivalent combination of work experience required
- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
- Proven ability to lead, engage, and build positive team cultures
- Experience with HR technology systems, preferably Workday and ServiceNow
- Strong skills required with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
