We are seeking a Director, Employee Connection, EMEA-UK to manage WBD's P&C Employee Connection and Workforce Administration (WFA) onsite team members based in the UK, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France, Hungary, and Italy. The role will oversee day-to-day processes, recommend and build processes, and participate as a subject matter expert in meetings and on special projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years Human Resources experience
  • 5+ years in Shared Services/Delivery in a global environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with an MBA preferred, or equivalent combination of work experience required
  • Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
  • Proven ability to lead, engage, and build positive team cultures
  • Experience with HR technology systems, preferably Workday and ServiceNow
  • Strong skills required with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
