As the Director of IT Procurement, you will focus on driving vendor contracting and purchasing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, impose service levels, control costs, maintain compliance and meet key performance metrics. This role will design, implement, execute and oversee procurement policies and practices to enable CIM’s broader business goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant experience in IT contracts, procurement and/or purchasing with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration or similar
  • IT Procurement knowledge of contract language and terms, including licensing models, risk management and compliance requirements for hardware, software, cloud services and SaaS contracts
  • Experience implementing secure AI solutions for contracting efficiency and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and processes a plus
  • Experience with Purchase Order and Inventory systems with experience in Yardi P2P and ServiceNow preferred
  • Experience with commercial real estate data subscription providers (ex: Bloomberg, Yardi, CoStar) a plus
  • Strong IT project management skills are essential, including the ability to manage scope, timelines, and budgets effectively
  • PMP, CPM, or similar certification is a plus
