The Director, Quality Project Portfolio will drive the strategic execution and oversight of the GxP Continuous Improvement (CI) / Operational Excellence (OE) project portfolio for Global Quality department, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, quality objectives, and quality processes operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in GxP pharma or biotech or highly regulated industry
- 5+ years’ experience in Project Portfolio Management, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar project portfolios
- Strong expertise with portfolio management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, ServiceNow)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments
- Understanding of the following methodologies: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, or other Continuous Improvement frameworks
- Experience in digital transformation, process automation, or operational scale-ups is a plus
- Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries is a plus
