Requirements
- 5+ years of professional and project leadership experience
- 2-5 years of experience as an Engagement Manager / Project Manager role with ServiceNow (professional services experience preferred)
- Project estimation experience and Budget Management
- Ability to clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven project history maintaining high customer satisfaction in complex environments
- Strong history of problem solving
- Proficient with MS Office and other productivity and project management solutions
