We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Service Management Consultant to improve business processes and design optimal solutions for large organizations.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in ITSM/ESM projects
  • Hands-on experience with Opentext SMAX or similar platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Freshdesk)
  • Valid ITIL certification (v3 or 4)
  • Familiarity with scripting and Web Services (REST/SOAP)
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Team player with strong communication skills
