We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Service Management Consultant to improve business processes and design optimal solutions for large organizations.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in ITSM/ESM projects
- Hands-on experience with Opentext SMAX or similar platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Freshdesk)
- Valid ITIL certification (v3 or 4)
- Familiarity with scripting and Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Team player with strong communication skills
