Infosys Consulting is seeking an Enterprise Service Management Platforms Architect to lead the design and architecture of complex ServiceNow and similar solutions, and to contribute to business development efforts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on ServiceNow platform development and architecture
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, etc.)
- Strong hands-on development skills, including JavaScript, AngularJS, REST APIs, and other relevant technologies
