EUD Senior Apple Engineer​

We are looking for an Apple Senior Engineer to support the implementation of new applications, initiatives, and agency onboarding, as well as work with suppliers on upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements to production ecosystems and security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a large global organisation and managing complex macOS and iOS enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Extensive experience working in a large global organisation
• Managing complex macOS and iOS enterprise environments
• Expertise in deploying, and maintaining MDM systems for macOS & iOS
• Kandji SME
• Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and its Enterprise configurations
• Experience operating in a support framework with Apple Care Operating System (ACOS) agreements
• Experience operating in a support framework with Apple Care for Enterprise (ACE)
• Scripting for Apple Management/Application deployment
• Microsoft Office 365 & Microsoft Defender
• Okta and its associated workflows, such as FastPass.
• ServiceNow Integrations
• BYOD and MAM Workflows
• Strong analytical capabilities – ability to review raw data to identify patterns and meaningful interpretation.
• Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and vendor landscape; ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
• Ability to translate business needs into Infrastructure technology and service requirements. Good organisation skills to manage multiple workloads simultaneously.
• Proven experience in vendor management with large outsource vendors and contracts.
• Experience with ADE to deliver mobile device provisioning, deployment and support
