WPP is seeking a Senior Microsoft Engineer to support the implementation of new applications, initiatives, and agency onboarding, as well as working with suppliers on upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements to production ecosystems and security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a large global organization and managing complex Windows and intune enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Extensive experience working in a large global organization
- Managing complex Windows and intune enterprise environments
- Expertise in deploying, and maintaining MDM systems for Windows and Mobile
- Intune SME
- Experience with Microsoft Autopilot and its Enterprise configurations
- Experience operating in a support framework with Microsoft Premier Support agreements
- Scripting for Windows management, configuration & application deployment
- Microsoft Office 365 & Microsoft Defender experience
- Okta and its associated workflows, such as FastPass.
- ServiceNow Integrations
- BYOD and MAM Workflows
- Strong analytical capabilities – ability to review raw data to identify patterns and meaningful interpretation.
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and vendor landscape; ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
- Ability to translate business needs into Infrastructure technology and service requirements.
- Good organisation skills to manage multiple workloads simultaneously.
- Proven experience in vendor management with large outsource vendors and contracts.
