Requirements

• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 3 years in an international people partner role.
• Financial Acumen.
• Proven experience in HR program development and implementation.
• Very strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify actionable steps towards the desired outcome in highly ambiguous situations.
• Proficiency in talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• A dedication to ongoing learning and keeping up with industry trends.
