We are looking for a Field Service Engineer, X-Ray to ensure the smooth and continued operation of new and existing products and equipment, through the repair of emergency breakdowns and routine service maintenance duties. To install and demonstrate equipment as required in support of the sales team.
Requirements
- Completed training or studies in the field of Medical Technology / Healthcare (X-Ray) or comparable professional experience.
- Experience in the operational management of a service desk incl. experience in dealing with ticket systems (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow or comparable)
- Methodological competence in ITIL processes (incident management, problem management)
- Confident handling of all common Microsoft Office applications
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Structured, process-oriented and independent way of working
- Experience in project management of complex (medical) projects
- Experience in moderation and conflict resolution with good negotiation and assertiveness skills
- Analytical thinking & business management skills
- English language skills (written and spoken)
- SAP, MS Office and Salesforce knowledge
