Financial Systems Analyst (Contract)

This is a remote contractor position (12 months) on the Finance team, available to those in the Latin America & Caribbean region. The position involves evaluating current or proposed Finance operations, developing and tracking processes, and providing technical expertise and support to other professionals.

Requirements

• Acts as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children
• Understanding Christ’s mandate to protect children
• Committing to and prioritizing child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks and activities across the ministry
• Reporting any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately supporting responses to incidents if they occur
• Assesses Compassion's Finance organization, processes, or initiatives
• Reviews business cases
• Leverages experience and training to discover data, monitor analytics, contribute to successful communications and quality trends
• Gathers ministry-related information, sorts the statistical data, applying it to different business functions
• Identifies and analyzes simple ministry process problems
• Provides ongoing customer support through resolving ServiceNow tickets
• Plans, monitors and coordinates his or her own projects
• Provides technical expertise and support to other professionals
