Regional Service and Solutions Specialist leads the promotion, design, and configuration of managed services, and supports initiatives related to DaaS models, combining technical knowledge, strategic and commercial capabilities, and aligning solutions with customer needs and competitiveness of the portfolio in the region.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years in similar positions of pre-sales or technical consulting, preferably in managed services, Workplace, or IT infrastructure
- ITIL Foundations certification (mandatory)
- Cobit or similar certifications (desirable)
- Knowledge of Endpoint Management and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) tools
- Familiarity with service management technologies such as Ivanti, ServiceNow, or Manage Engine
- General knowledge of DaaS models and their integration with managed services
- Advanced proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Ability to travel within the region
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and focus on creating trust-based relationships with internal and external clients
