Join Moderna as a Senior HR Operations Specialist in APAC, supporting employees across the region and ensuring timely, accurate, and respectful HR assistance. This role will leverage digital tools, partner with HRBPs, and contribute to global process documentation and compliance.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service center and/or HR case management
  • Understanding of payroll fundamentals and pay cycles
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn Australia local labor laws and tax regulations
  • Domain expertise in Workday and ServiceNow
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Thrive in matrix environments, flexible, collaborative, and deadline-driven
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail, laser-focused approach on delivery of results
  • Proven ability to manage multiple inquiries/requests simultaneously and strong prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to take a complex business requirement and break it down into operational solutions
  • Analytical mindset, critical thinking, problem-solving skills
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
