The GLD Program Success - Launchpad Academy Program Specialist will drive integration, growth, and retention of Early in Career talent through the development and implementation of career defining experiences and programs. Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- 2+ years of experience in project management or program management
- 2+ years of experience working with high volume early in career talent
