As a Global Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients on a global scale. This strategic role involves understanding clients' business objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions or services, and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in global client management
  • 5+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive-level relationship management
  • Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service or IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations)
