The Global Store Operations Manager will support the department leader in implementing a new store support model, driving operational excellence and efficiency through process re-engineering and root cause analysis.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience on support service topics within retail industry
  • Master's degree in economics, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering or similar
  • Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English
  • ServiceNow & Power BI knowledge (preferred)
