The Head of Client Service will lead the Client Service Team and be responsible for delivering superior client service to Private Banking's Firms. They will manage a group of Service Professionals, train and mentor them, and ensure the delivery of services to SLA's. The role requires strategic vision, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to the growth and development of the Client Service Team.
