Technology Management Analyst

We're Aegon, a company that helps people live their best lives. We're seeking a Technology Management Analyst to join our Technology Management team, a newly evolving department that will be integral to the business operations of our Technology function.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with experience working with data and reporting.
• Well-versed in ServiceNow SPM, PowerBI, and advanced Excel.
• Good understanding of Technology Standards and Frameworks such as ISTM, IT4IT, and COBIT.
• Collaborative attitude and experience in helping teams deliver user-focused digital products and services.
• Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, and Teams as productivity and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to different situations.
