We are looking for a Helpdesk Support Technician to provide IT support to business partners globally, troubleshoot technical issues, and educate end-users on utilizing available tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in an IT Help Desk support role
  • Windows 10 /11 experience
  • Microsoft Office / Office 365
  • Laptop and printer hardware knowledge
  • Mobile Device support experience (iOS preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of desktop support tools
  • Knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting client Wi-Fi issues
  • Excellent communication skills, telephone support skills, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • ServiceNow experience is desirable but not essential
