HR Direct Expert (HR services Expert)

Vattenfall is looking for a HR Direct Expert who will deliver first line support to employees, managers and HR business partners. The expert will perform tasks such as sample checks/controls on expense claims, English spoken support for internal employees, and supporting external contractors. The team works in hybrid mode and meets once a week in the office in Katowice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of HR processes
• Experience in first level support/being first point of contact for employee and line managers
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• Knowledge of German, Swedish or Dutch language
• Familiarity with systems like SAP and ServiceNow
