HR Flying Team Member: HR Specialist with German

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our emerging HR Operations Flying Team. This position entails involvement in the growth of our HR Services Center, engaging in diverse HR initiatives and scope enhancements.

Requirements

• Previous work in HR Operations, using various HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP/Global View, Time management systems) and using ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Experience with HR tools vendors collaboration (e.g., ADP) or IT department collaboration
• Excellent time management and fluency in switching between tasks and priorities
• Experience in reading and preparing process documentation
• Experience in the reporting field, process transition and/or projects
• Very Good command of English
• Good knowledge of German, Very Good knowledge will be an additional asset.
• MS Office including Excel skills on Intermediate level
• Excellent collaborator with effective communication and analytical skills
