The HR Operations, Analyst role provides support for the delivery of Rewards Operations, Recruiting Operations, Talent Development Operations, and HR Cross Platform/Employee Lifecycle support. The role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, reviewing and implementing HR transactions, and building a deep understanding of end-to-end processes.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience in HR operations or another business or corporate operations team
- BA/BS Degree, MBA (HR) preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Microsoft Office (crucial), Workday (preferred), ServiceNow (preferred)
- Broad knowledge of HR concepts, processes and their interdependencies
