As a HR Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing HR policies, answering general HR questions, and providing administrative support to the HR Centre of Excellence. You will work in a newly formed Shared Services Centre team, supporting markets in multiple time zones and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist, People Operations and Experience or related experience
- Strong professional and HR operational knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills - communicates with impact, motivates others, builds support, establishes trust
- Intermediate/business level in English and Chinese/Vietnamese/Thai/Indonesian
- Experience with ServiceNow or other HR systems
- Experience with process transitions
