Lonza is seeking an HR Adviser to provide a flawless HR experience for employees, handling HR requests and providing customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related areas.
- 2-5 years of proven experience.
- MUST be able to speak Spanish AND English fluently.
- Good knowledge and experience working with Workday/ServiceNow is a significant advantage.
- Experienced and efficient handling of standard IT applications, preferably MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple, competing priorities.
- Approach to process improvement.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer relations, building partnerships, and collaborating with all levels within an organization.
