HR Services Senior Associate- Global Onboarding

Equinix is seeking a dynamic HR Services Senior Associate to provide global support for HR-related inquiries and cases, particularly for onboarding, and deliver a professional, customer-oriented experience with attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in various HR disciplines.
• At least 1 year in a HR Shared Services or centralized customer service environment preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese to manage Japanese speaking employees and other global employees.
• Proficient in Workday or similar Human Capital Management systems; experience with ServiceNow preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support employees at all levels.
• Strong time-management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working effectively in global and virtual teams.
