HR Technology Lead

We are looking for a HR Technology Lead who will be responsible for HR solutions design, customer partnership, process, and project management. The role involves leading automation, efficiency, digital operations, and new technology development, as well as providing guidance globally for Global HR solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong proven leadership experience with HR technology solution design
• Dedicated global Workday & ServiceNow expertise preferred
• Experience in automation
• Stronger people leader who can collaborate, in a matrixed environment, with multi-cultural and remote peers/project teams.
