As the HRIS System Administrator, you will serve as a key technical partner in the management and optimization of Workday and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platforms. You will support the day-to-day operation of both systems, drive configuration improvements, ensure data accuracy, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance the employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience, with 3+ years' in HRIS administration direct experience in Workday HCM configuration and reporting
- Minimum 1 year's experience in ServiceNow HRSD administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
